I went to order the Lack TV bench which costs $15.99. Because of COVID-19, IKEA stores are all closed where I live and they aren’t allowing anyone to do click & collect in Canada anymore (which I totally understand). To get it delivered to my place would cost $79 which means that I’d be paying $94.99 in total. Needless to say, I’m waiting until this is all over to buy the TV stand lol

IKEA doesn't do stuff like that often (and when they do , it's posted all over the website) and definitely won't be doing it during a pandemic when most of their stores are closed across the world.

Same for UK, I think they are pretty rare. I’ve been searching for one (even as little as £10 off etc) as I have £2000 sat in my basket waiting to check out.

What country are you in? If you're in the US discount codes are pretty rare, they're just not used very often.

this was happening to me as well, it was due to certain items in my cart. I removed them one by one to determine which was the culprit. Trial and error, totally sucked.

Free delivery has some stipulations. I bet items in your cart don’t meet it

If there any discounts its family offer. IKEA does not do any vouchers or codes. Check IKEA app or website for any info.

The online business is completely separated from the stores. If you chose store pickup there will be an employee getting the stuff you need from the store warehouse so that might be why it does not work.

To my knowledge, no. That code only matters to ikeas point of sale system. If it's a coupon that works online there should be a code associated with it to enter online. It won't be a string of random digits though, it would be like "IKEASPRING10" or something like that.
