Based on overall size and mass, I would probably say Ember takes this, though he is essentially "feat-less" since he didn't interact with other dinosaurs or objects in a meaningful way beyond the raft. Bull in JP3, while notably smaller than the Spinosaurus (CGI model scaling be damned), held his own for the majority of their scuffle, so he could conceivably put up a fight against the bigger Ember.
