Same here.....No one on the internet seems to know how to reinstall the damn Microsoft store!!!!!!!

When was the last time it worked properly? What is your current Windows operating system and version? Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: winver

If you have a third-party VPN or Antivirus installed, please try to temporarily uninstall it then check if the issue persists.

Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

**Reset the Microsoft Store cache

Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box,

type wsreset.exe -i

and then select OK.

Note:

A blank Command Prompt window will open, and after about ten seconds the window will close, and Microsoft Store will open automatically.

**Check the Microsoft Store Install Service

Press the Windows Key + S and type in services.msc.

Find the Microsoft Store Install Service and double click, If the status is Running, right click it then select Restart

If disabled, change it to Automatic, click Start and click OK.

**Re-register and reinstall the Microsoft Store app

Press Windows key + X

Click and Run Windows PowerShell (Admin)

Copy and paste the command below then press Enter.

Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Restart your computer

May I know if you have signed in your Microsoft Account already since the MS Store app may not be available if you're signed in to a local account.
Did you sign in a work or school account or a personal account?

Please check and follow the steps below:

1. Please check the Windows update section and make sure that Windows update will be installed.

2. Reset MS Store
   Please press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe and hit enter.
   Wait for it to finish and load the MS Store.
   Once MS Store is up, please check if the issue still persists.
3. Repair Windows Store apps and Settings

Click Start Menu and type Powershell, right click on it and choose Powershell(admin), copy and paste the command below and hit enter.

Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Once the process is finished, restart the PC and check if the issue still persists.

Hi,

Purchased a computer from Best Buy too. Has windows 11 on it but no Microsoft store.

I have tried your above solution 3 :

But it doesn't walk. i got this message:
