I would recommend YesAsia, but then realized you're probably looking for manga in English, not Japanese. It's not ideal, but you may consider just buying ebooks of the titles if the shipping is too expensive.

The key to importing from Amazon is its only worth it if you buy complete sets. When a manga is sold as a complete set of lets say, 12 volumes. If its listed as 1 item, Amazon only charges you the shipping of one item, even though its 12 books. So in that case it can actually be really cheap to ship, but otherwise it's not worth it.

www.rightstufanime.com is a popular site and claims to have international shipping. Finding 'free' international shipping is probably going to be next to impossible. As even sites that offer it like YesAsia ... they actually inflate the base prices of everything to compensate, so you're paying for it anyways.

If you know of any Spanish-speaking anime/manga communities, they might be able to help you with a more local option. Maybe something shipped out of Mexico or Brazil has a decent manga selection?

Hello! I would recommend signing up for a shipping comparison site like Pirate Ship . It's completely free and gives you discounts on labels with some major shipping carriers like USPS and UPS. It also lets you fill out customs forms online and purchase insurance if you'd like. For cases like yours, Pirate Ship actually has a super-cheap international service called Simple Export Rate . For 4lb packages, it's going to cost $37 to ship it anywhere in the world. The downside is that, to make it so cheap, they generally try and get a lot of packages and then ship them in bulk to the destination country. Since I can't imagine the countries you're shipping to are very high-traffic destinations, it might take a long time before the packages leaves the US. Therefore, it might be worth checking out some other similar services like USPS FCPI or UPS Worldwide Expedited (both of which can be bought through Pirate Ship). It will be a little more expensive (possibly $55-75), but it will likely arrive faster, especially if you use UPS. Also keep in mind that almost none of the countries you're shipping to will have tracking once the package leaves the USA. Create a Pirate Ship account and request access to the "Cheap Export Rate". You have to specifically request this. I can ship an 8x6x4, .5lbs, $38 value to Canada for $12-$15. EU and AUS are similar. There are other shipping services that work similar (Pitney Bowes) where the shipment goes USPS to a sorting center, and then is put on whatever carrier is available.
