Depends on how much work you want to put in. Shooting with RAW instead of JPEG or HEIF can give you the absolute best photo quality without a doubt! ..... if you know how to edit photos that is. Because that is a requirement when using RAW. If you just want to point-n-shoot without any editing, you're much more limited. Either just take photos the way you normally do, and deal with the way your phone automatically applies processing (boosting saturation, applying sharpening, "HDR" effects.etc). Shooting "bursts" will apply slightly less of that processing, which is preferable for some. Or. If you want realistic "true to life" looking photos, but still without the need to edit them. There are some third party apps that gives you that option. Answer from Deleted User on reddit.com

How do I change the front camera settings on my iPhone?
When possible, you can change the front-facing iPhone camera settings the same way you would for the rear-facing camera. One setting unique to the front-facing camera is Mirror Front Camera - found in Camera settings. With Mirror Front Camera enabled, the picture will appear as if you were looking at a mirror (words may look backward, your right is camera left), whereas disabling this feature will correct that.

Best way to shoot with iPhone 13 Pro: iOS Talk Forum: Digital Photography Review
Can anyone point me to a test that explains the best way to photograph with iPhone 13 Pro in a daylight and not? I mean, aiming for the highest technical image quality, should I use a tripod, lowest (?) possible ISO, or (in the low light) shoot handheld in the Night mode, use timer, etc.? That I need to use RAW is obvious. You would do the same as with any other camera.
