I've always been eager to try an iPhone, and I'm considering switching from my current phone. Since the iPhone is still a relatively expensive option in my country, with the lowest price for the iPhone 13 currently at $660 (which is around the average wage here xD), I'm curious if it's worth the money.
I'm currently using a Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite that is nearly 3 years old, and it's still working like a charm. The battery lasts me a minimum of one day, having only decreased from 5200mAh to 3800mAh capacity. Will the iPhone 13's battery last at least one day for my usage? I don't play games, and I'm not even into photography (though, from what I've seen, the cameras are decent—100% better than my current phone, so that will be an upgrade, let's say). I mainly use Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and the browser. Do you think this phone will last at least 2-3 years? I noticed that I can trade it in and get a decent discount, so after 2-3 years, I could trade it in and get a new device and so on.
as the title says, im considering upgrading my phone (i currently have the xr and dont love it even though I've only had it for a year and a half) i love the pink iPhone 13 which is mostly why ive been leaning towards it, but based on what Ive seen its practically the same as the 14 so i dont see much point in spending more money than I have to. I like the pro/pro max 14 but the phones seem huge to me so just a regular 13/14 seems so much better. How do yall think the phone holds up and do you think it would still be worth the upgrade?
iPhone 13 is even practically the same as iPhone 12, and 12 is still well worth it in 2023, so you can answer your question for yourself. 13 has a little bit better battery life, camera quality is arguably the same/better. Buying iPhone 14 shouldn’t be even considered. Coming from XR you will feel refreshed user experience either buying 12 or 13. Hope this helps

Hello. I’m using an iPhone 13 (not Mini, Pro, or Pro Max) i bought it in July 2023, after all this time, the battery is super too. Everything runs so smooth. Apps, Games like Infinite Flight, or Call Of Duty, sound quality is super. No overheating issues, i really like the camera too. I know these days it is seen as outdated, and the most popular models are Pro and Pro Max of all series, but i really think this model is one of the best price/value iPhone out there in many countries, if you do not see your phone as a status symbol, and just want a very good phone for a good price.
