Do you still have the packing slip in your email? They can probably print it for you at UPS (or wherever you're supposed to return it- whatever the email says- I can't remember which service they go through right now)

I think of you just go through their website and “start a return” and go through the steps they will email or have you download the return slip. If you can’t print it, you can copy the address from there. Also local library or kinkos if you need to print something

I don’t think I’ve seen anyone mention this yet...
J.Crew changed their return policy from 60 days to 30 days on April 5. Anything that shipped before then will still have the 60 day return window, but anything after that is down to 30 days.
I don’t think they sent out an email or anything that mentioned the change; I just happened to notice it on a recent order packing slip/receipt and asked CS about it.

In my opinion that's plenty of time to know if you want to keep something. They have a business to run, everything is already 60% off every other week, probably tired of taking 49 day old returns.

Having worked at JCrew, wasn't the return policy always 30 days (except holidays which are 45(?) Days and also longer if you were belligerent about it)
