When I try to link my 75t to the Sound+ app, it stays stuck on the "Connecting..." screen forever. How do i fix this?
Bought them on amazon a week ago (were advertised with ANC which was a lie back than... oh well) and they worked ok until today (I also registered them). Today I uninstalled and reistalled the app on google play and the app wont recognize the earbuds anymore (it stays on the page asking me to go to my bluetooth settings and connected to the earbuds, although they are already connected). I uninstalled once again, rebooted the phone, pressed for 10 seconds on both buds, reinstalled the app, donest work.
The earbuds have a great sound, but they are a pain in the behind when it comes to connectivity. Anyone have a solultion to offer here?
Hello u/grishnash, Please try to connect your Jabra Elite 75t to the Jabra Sound+ app on a smartphone or tablet running a different operating system than your current smartphone. Is the Sound+ app able to recognize the Elite 75t on that device?
