Store managers will just about do anything to get you to leave them alone. I talked them into selling me a 2500 dollar fridge with a small dent that wasn’t noticeable at all down to 500 bucks. They ended up delivering a brand new one by mistake to my house as well.

From what I’ve been told the yellow deck John Deere are residential & the green deck are commercial. You pay more for the commercial but it’s worth the money

Do not buy your mower from Home Depot. Try for a tractor supply store if you have one near you. My FIL is going through an absolute nightmare after buying a mower from them. I'd suggest looking into Cub Cadet before Deere, but that's just my opinion.

This one they should have bought inside the store instead it sat outside in the rain out in the garden shop. this also had a flat tire and it also had very dull paint but a brand new engine on it as it was marked as engine replaced and it had 5 hours on the unit. I almost bought the dust storm CC but I do not really need another lawn tractor but if it had been a 2000 series GT I might have been more interested.
