I used and administered Keeper at my last job. They're a closed-source, cloud-hosted, vendor-supported and expensive solution. It is very simple to use, but the administration has some odd and unintuitive settings. The browser extensions are annoying and sometimes buggy, but so are basically every solution (I can't fault most devs on this one, not everyone creates a webpage in the same way). The groups settings aren't necessarily hierarchical, despite appearing so, it's a bit odd - but once you figure it out it works well. In-built MFA is good and snappy, and the control over MFA enforcement and timeout is as you'd expect. Overall for an enterprise that doesn't want to self-host, they are a decent solution, but prepare to pay. They will provide training too. More on reddit.com

A game changer would be more granular control over the fill features. I ended up disabling all fill features, since they end up being so annoying in the context of modern work which is all about the SaaS apps, tons of online tools with fields and forms. Imagine being able to disable for parts of a site, for certain pages / directories / subdomains, or even to be able to disable for certain fields. In addition being able to mark an account as "primary" in the case we have multiple accounts for the same service for example Gmail, so that it doesn't just pick the top one on alphabetical order. Or to disable fill for specific records completely while keeping it on for other records. More on reddit.com

I've seen this happen before. Sounds like Google autofill is conflicting with keeper. I'd suggest turning autofill off on Chrome by gpo or in Google admin if you can. More on reddit.com

I recently switched our family's long-standing plan from 1Password to Keeper Security. In addition to a previously mentioned issue about a missing popup window in okta.com, I've noticed a difference in integration capabilities between the two services. 1Password could set itself as the default password manager in Chrome, a status confirmed in the browser's settings where it's noted that "This setting is controlled by 1Password." However, such an option appears to be absent for Keeper. This situation has led me to speculate whether 1Password has a special arrangement with Google, granting it certain advantages not available to other password managers. Could this potentially be the reason behind the popup window problem I've experienced, or does it indicate a unique technical capability that only 1Password possesses?
