I'm using paid Keeper for 4 years now and I satisfy with it. But when people comparing password manager, I barely can see Keeper in their comparison. The typical comparison usually KeePass, Bitwarden and now Proton Pass been in their list. Still no Keeper in their list.
Something must be wrong somewhere. Or Keeper team put more focus on Enterprise?

Keeper used to be awesome, but now, not so much
Few things to look for: do you have more than one Keeper extension installed ? Like preview and production do you have other browser extensions installed? Maybe there’s a conflict are you referring to browser or mobile app? Please clarify is autofill enabled ? Since you posted this message without any additional information, let me just ask….. Did you know that you’re able to store your data in any global data center ? We have a process to help customers migrate themselves. Every customer can decide which region their data resides upon signup. We have data centers in US, Europe, Canada, Australia, Japan and GovCloud US. I believe we’re the only product from the major players who supports this data residency feature with all of these regions. It’s quite complex and highly built out. As for user experience issues, I am wondering did you update your software for these 5 years or are you using the same app from 2019? What issue did you experience? No details really? Did you contact support? As for the cancellation process, individual consumer apps for the app stores have a cancel flow inside the account screen (it’s been there a while). Regardless, we have live chat and very fast customer support turnaround. I’m happy as always to help you reverse the decision to move, or solve the issue you may have experienced. I my opinion the fact that a company wants to implement a password manager for all the users is already points. We use Keeper MSP and without it we will be lost. The big + is the token management. The fact that keeper can manage all your MFA tokens for you. You never need to worry about a lost or new phone. You can mange access to admin accounts and quickly take it away. Secrets storing, notes and much more. The policy management is very nice. You can make sure users are not bypassing security hardening. I have not worked with other vendors much. We moved from Lastpass for obvious reasons. I have an alert setup that informs me about most critical or sensitive things that happen in my tenant. Even sms notifications on some. Keeper is king in my opinion. More on reddit.com
