What do you mean by "doesn't work"? What did you do exactly? What did you press? Did it present a file dialog (to select the download location)? Using what browser? What version? What happened (or didn't happen)? Some browsers don't present a file dialog (it may depend on the configuration of it), but instead puts the file in some default location. I could download the files when I tried it. For example, it could be some antivirus software on Windows blocking (or outright deleting) it. File 'Keychron Mouse-1.2.1.2.zip' contains an EXE file (Keychron Mouse-1.2.1.2.exe).

I just bought a Keychron M7 which works and is connected to my pc through the 2.4 GHz receiver.
The Keychron Launcher application can't detect my mouse at all and only displays "Connect device startup settings".
I can use the software through the browser with no issues, it's the application where I can't do anything.

Has anyone had any luck using Keychron's software for Mac? For that matter, how about with Mac Mouse Fix or Better Mouse? The rubber coating of the MX3S Master(and price) is leading me to consider buying a Keychron M6 instead of the MX3S.
