Hello, I bought a new Keychron Q1 Pro today from a local shop around my place and loved it immediately. I watched a lot of YouTube videos that mentioned the pinging sound these boards has. When I started using it I didn't notice that much of a ping. So I opened it and it seems like there's already some tape installed (force break mod); I'm not 100% sure if this should be here brand new.

Lastly I noticed the knob's slot at the back of the PCB seems messed up. (Photo here)
I'm still new in the world of mechanical keyboards so I'm not sure if I was given a repacked/used unit. Kindly advise if I should ask for a replacement. Thanks in advance champs! Cheers! 🍻
