To a degree I am questioning how this even happened. Mind you, that was over 2 1/2 years ago, but.. 200k units sold, one incident and especially with a child a whole year younger than the recommended min. age. Pretty sure if your kid is young enough to climb on furniture like that, it should a) not be unattended with it and b) prob not have it yet..
