I‘m looking for a light up makeup mirror and I have no idea where to start looking. There’s not a natural, well lit area in my home to apply makeup, so I would mostly be relying on the mirror. The vanity I plan on getting (IKEA Brimnes dressing table) will be facing a window south facing window that doesn’t have much bright light. I live in the middle of nowhere, so I’d probably have to buy online.

I hope it’s ok to ask this here. I’m not sure where else to ask.

i’m looking for one that’s not too expensive, probably $35 at the most. i would prefer one that has 1X magnification, but also has a higher one too, but i’d settle for just a 1X one.

i want one with really bright lights, and not a yellow/orange colored light.

i’ve tried 2 from my local walmart and have had to return both as the light was SUPER dim.

i’m hoping to be able to order one from amazon, since i don’t think anywhere else in my area sells them, but i don’t want to just try one, and have to return it, and try another, and so on.

i’d rather have a rectangular/square one but an oval/circle one would be fine if it’s not really small. i’d like to be able to see my entire face at one time.

any recommendations would be great!!!

I feel like I'm looking for a unicorn. My current mirror has died, so I am looking for a replacement... I don't remember it being so difficult! Ideally, I want a lighted mirror that swivels with 1x magnification on one side and 10x magnification on the other that plugs in (not battery operated). The one I have now has a 9" diameter so that size or bigger would be great. Any ideas? I've searched the usual places and can't come up with anything that checks all the boxes... Thanks!
