I was wondering how I was supposed to get hydrogen for hydrogen chloride. It's a custom modpack on a server with Mekanism, Ad astra, Chemlib, Electrodynamics, some of the thermal mods. if i'm missing something please let me know as I can't find an answer online. I'm trying to set up a purification factory for our ore processing setup and I've built the elite tier upgraded version. The problem is it burns through so much oxygen. I've got 9 electrolytic separators going and it's still not enough. Is there any easier way to get mass amounts of the stuff?
I can't find the recipe in NEI. Has it between removed?
I'm playing enigmatica 2 expert, just getting into mekanism to triple more ores. I was wondering if there are other ways to store hydrogen then just using the gas tanks that mekanism provides.
I'm after the oxygen for ore tripling, and the hydrogen is produced several times faster. I was looking for bulk gas storage, and an option to void the rest? Thanks.
You pretty much just have ultimate gas tank for that. Another option is converting to fluid and moving it around and storing that way. I eventually set up 2 separators, 1 voids overflow of hydrogen, other voids overflow of oxygen.
Mekanism has dynamic tanks that function in a similar way to the old Railcraft tanks. I don't remember the maximum size but they can be huge.
Another option is to use a rotary condensentrator to turn it into liquid hydrogen, which takes up less space in any given container. The downside is you will probably have to use another condensentrator to expand it again in order to use it.

I know it wouldn't work in real life, but this is Minecraft where you can get power indefinitely from lava that never loses it's temperature. Also the water I'm using to get hydrogen in the first place is infinite.
