The PSU they used costs $231 so it makes no sense to use it. You are paying $700 extra for the MemEx pre-built. Afterwards, you can get a Windows 10/11 OEM key for $20 or less. I actually went there for mine just last week. I picked out the parts, took the list in, and they even told me about a bundle CPU and motherboard deal that was starting (which they let me take advantage of). I haven't picked the computer up yet, so I can't say anything about build quality, but they let me put a down payment on it and I get it this weekend. They called me within two days and told me it was completed and have been very helpful. I'm going to continue going there for any parts and stuff I need in the future. I'm in the same boat as you, where I didn't want to risk damaging anything on such a large purchase.
