I'd really like to make a pair of simple easy pants with patch pockets, I just would like ones with a higher rise (I'm a 42" waist, and would love a rise that's around 13-14" if possible). Would anyone know of a pattern for something simple like this?

I was thinking of getting some linen pants and I’d prefer some with drawstrings.

I’m looking for a more stylish casual look that would be good for everyday wear when I want to dress up or for a date.

What brands would you recommend? I’d prefer to keep it under $60-$80 but I can be a little flexible.

I have Lululemon ABCs but find the front button too constricting. (No, a bigger size would be too large..) I don' have the same problem with drawstring pants from Zara, but they are from linen.. Would love to find pants with the same mechanism but in a different material..
