Dear ChinnuKrishna
Good day!
Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist!
Based on your description, I understand you concern with to know who are accessing 3rd party apps in Teams.
Yes, the Teams Admin Center does not provide a way to view specific user details for those accessing third-party apps. While you can see the overall usage statistics, such as the number of users who have installed an app, individual usernames or identities are not available in the App Usage report.
If you need to manage app access, you can control which apps are available to users and set permissions through the Teams Admin Center. However, tracking individual usage of third-party apps is limited.
If you have other questions, please feel free to let me know, I will continue to assist you.
Thanks for your precious time and your understanding would be highly appreciated. Have a nice day!

I have got the answer.
Unfortunately there is no way to view the usernames or display names of users who have downloaded a third party application in Microsoft teams using the teams admin center. The app usage report only shows the number of users who have installed the application, not their individual identities
Yes, in simple terms, it's basically the same. You can see more in the docs here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/concepts/deploy-and-publish/appsource/publish . Some differences are:
You might want to test it better, if it's going to such a wide audience you can't control/engage with easily.
Security is probably more important when going to a public audience. For instance, you probably want to enable SSO - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/platform/tabs/how-to/authentication/tab-sso-overview
Your graphics (icons) need to match specific guidelines
Your title, description and more are all vetted to make sure that they match certain guidelines.
All of this is documented in my first link above.
Yes, you can do that and it be available for everyone on the Teams store. It's basically the same way of doing as for the custom apps used in your domain. Except the fact that you'll pass the validation process with a microsoft team. I have validated my teams app with ReactJS and ExpressJS and I used this template for it. Much simpler to understand what is going on. It might be useful to you as well.
I have used Teams V1, V2 on Windows, Mac, Linux, every time on more than capable machines, ryzen 5 5600, 16gb ram, rtx 3090, SSD NVME, MacBook Pro M3 Pro chip (18gb ram)
and it always has been garbage, why is it so slow? So HEAVY? So bad UI/UX side?
Discord has better audio, video, screen recording and weighs a fraction of Teams, there MUST be a better way to implement the basic things Teams offers.
Why does it take back to the main folder when closing a doc?
Why does it hog so much memory??? Even when not in a call, just displaying documents or even idling????
And if I'm doing something wrong it sure is on the unintuitive UX, since I am not a genius by any means but very tech savvy (also attending computer engineering so there's that).
Is there a Third party client?
Sorry for any mistakes, English is not my first, nor second, language.
