Hello,
I am staying in NYC a few nights and since I'm a big fan of buffet style restaurants, I would like to visit one during my stay.
Looking at available options, it seems that buffet style places are not that common as I thought.
Do you have any recommendations for some modern, high-end Western cousine buffet restaurants, preferably inside hotels in Manhattan or nearby, that serve dinner buffets (not just breakfast)?
Price is not that important since I won't be eating there every night.

Sorry to say there isn’t a high end hotel buffet culture in NYC like there is in Asia. Buffets are usually more affordable restaurants in NYC. You’d have to go to a high end vacation resort or Las Vegas to get what you are looking for in the US. I’d suggest not trying to find a buffet if you want to eat good food in NYC.
