https://www.musictheory.net -- the website is completely free, and the lessons teach you fundamentals, and you can practice them with their exercises. Hoffman Academy is a great Youtube channel for learning piano, though it's aimed a bit more at younger kids. So long as you don't mind that, the content is solid and it's essentially a complete video method book. Personally, so long as you don't mind buying a book, I'd suggest picking up either Alfred's Basic Adult All in One or Faber's Adult Piano Adventures -- both of those will help you learn piano from the ground up, and they'd set you back maybe $15-20 for the first volume of the series that you chose. Sheet music I found only has treble clef notes - no bass clef notes. I need help transcribing so I have both hands. [Song: "Call Me" by Shinedown]

If you have the Synthesia file, doesn't that mean you have the MIDI file as well?

April 14, 2025 - The 2 staffs which make up the main line for piano sheet music are the treble and bass clef. The treble clef is normally the line on the top and you can see that the symbol at the start of the staff looks quite ornate. The bass clef symbol is simpler and looks like half of a heart. Ordinarily, you would play notes written in the treble clef with your right hand and notes written in the bass clef in your left.
