None of the contact options listed on this site seem to work. I finally have a government-issued ID. I just got off the phone with Amazon support and this person had no clue what Mechanical Turk was. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

At this point, you should assume that the account is lost unless mTurk is rolling out something else. I have tried contacting mTurk and they say that they don't handle verification for mTurk. I've tried contacting Amazon Pay and they insist that they can't fix the problem because it's a mTurk only problem. [email protected] will likely not be able to assist.
