Gmail is trying to force me to change my password. How do I stop it?

The only account recovery option Google provides starts at https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery (an account can not be recovered by posting here or contacting Google). Submitting more accurate answers and using a known computer/IP-address will help. This post provides an overview of how account recovery works (you NEED to read this) https://support.google.com/accounts/thread/2307038 and this article provides many more details on the process (you SHOULD read this) http://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/
But if you can’t correctly answer enough of the questions to prove ownership of the account Google will not give it to you.

First of all, I know someone else posted this questions but no solutions that worked were offered so here we go.
I singed up on a different computer and google is marking it as suspicious activity and making me change my password. I refuse, in 12 years it's never been hacked, and I'm very attached to it. I don't want to change it for such a stupid reason as me myself loging in.
I already went to the security side of my google account and said I was the suspicious person making the log in, but it's still forcing me to change it to make any new log ins, which I need to do because I have a new computer.
I really need there to be a solution, even if that solution is to get in a call with someone. Could anyone please help me? I simply refuse to change it for no reason, I feel super frustrated at google not giving me an option at all. I have two factor so it's not like the pass alone could make someone get into my account! Please help me!
How can we get Google to show us our password for gmail (which is also Google One) ?
I assist my friend with electronics & web.
He uses Samsung Galaxy phone, and Samsung tablet.
His phone and tablet both remember his password, so logging in to gmail is not a problem.
However he does not remember his password, and would like to view it, and write it down somewhere.
I tried Perplexity, but all the suggested locations NEVER show the password.
Does anyone know how to view the password, so he can write it down ?
