Has anyone tried this case? Thoughts? Has anyone used this case and had their phone damaged while using it? One of my phones had what I thought was a beefy protective case from Casetify on it and the entire back glass shattered after one of its falls. Now I am skeptical of cases. I don’t think just good edge protection is enough. Been looking at the Nomad Rugged case, but would love to hear if any of you incurred damage while using it.

Don’t see many posts here on the Nomad modern leather cases but then again I’m somewhat new to this group. I’ve been a fan/user of Bullstrap and Andar (mostly Bullstrap). I recently picked up this nomad modern leather case (for the second time) as I sold the first one without really using it, and giving it a fair shot. Understanding it’s not full leather I still do feel it’s worthy of note, as it feels like great quality and craftsmanship and design…. for the most part. I give this case 4 out of 5 stars. (More accurately 3.5) the fitment just has so much room for improvement especially the bottom sticking down so unnaturally far without the phones bottom actually being in it!?!? wtf? 🤷‍♂️ and being so easy to come off. Not fidgeting with it is like trying not to stare at someones mole on their face 😆. Another big one is the lack of bezel bordering the phone especially for 99% of us that have a screen protector. However this does make for fantastic amazing swipe ability and experience I will say. anyone else feel the way I do? It’s like I love and hate it at the same time, more love than hate though….

I really like the look of this case but i keep reading that the lip around the screen is not tall enough and the fit tends to be loose. Is it really that bad? I don't want my screen protector touch the surface of the table when place the phone faced down.

Considering it for the 17PM.
