After a short search I ran into a handful of other users that had issues such as I did, you download the Field Console and your board is not detected within it. Users have said to use the "software updater" etc etc, no clue what that is. Even if the device / programs say that your board is fully up to date with the latest firmware use the steps below and the Field Console and board will be "updated" and will work.
Here's the fix:
Make sure your keyboard is hooked up to a USB cable and switched to USB. Make sure that you have the Field Console already installed, assuming you already do.
Navigate to the Firmware page on their website and choose your board, in our case "Field75" here's the direct link to the firmware page: https://nuphy.com/pages/firmwares here is a direct link to the Field 75 - Firmware Updater program if you want to go straight to it: https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=12CsG55U2NDUg8iBaQ6OCi-cpubvjkCmr&export=download
After you download the firmware it should pop up with a little black rectangular vertical box / program, on the bottom right of the box I believe it says Update Device - click that and wait for a handful of seconds, after it runs it should automatically open the Field Console and perform another automatic update and then hit okay.
4) Field Console now works.
Just bought and set up a new Air75 v2 and am trying to remap some keys with VIA. I have the keyboard plugged into my computer to one of the USB 3.0 ports on the motherboard and when I click authorize device on the web app, it shows up in the selection but then doesnt connect after pressing 'connect.'
Has anyone else had this issue or have any ideas to fix it?
Hello everyone, I received my keyboard three days ago, and it worked well until I was on the Nuphy.io website and apparently switched modes too quickly. Since then, there’s been no RGB and no key recognition. I’ve actually tried everything: different operating systems, devices, cables, and software. Now, my Windows recognizes what the device is, but neither my Linux nor the QMK nor the Nuphy software does. The reset button didn’t really change anything either. However, I made the mistake of damaging the QC label because I couldn’t find the reset button, so I assume I can forget about returning it. I have already contacted customer service, but I don’t expect them to be able to help me remotely. I would appreciate any help from anyone who has had similar experiences or has any ideas. (excuse the very bad picture)
Needless to say, I am connected via USB in wired mode.
I received my Air75 v3 a few days ago and it promptly died yesterday after I attempted to update the firmware. :( I sent an e-mail to Nuphy's support and while they did reply within a few hours and did provided a zip file with a repair patch. I have downloaded and unzipped the file packet for Mac and read the instructions. However I have not fixed my keyboard yet because the instructions to install the patch via the terminal on Mac were vague and confusing. I'm still waiting for clarification. :/
If any Mac users could help me figure it out in the meantime, I'd be extremely thankful.
Here's a copy of the link they sent via email.
Going on a bit of a rant here, but what is going on with nuphy.io? I just booted into windows because for some reason it wont work on Linux (wich is bad but i get it, no1 uses Linux anyway), but apparently i cant set my keyboard to static anymore???? Its 2025, i paid >150 euros for a keyboard and i cant make the lights stay on? That shit used to work in 2013 on a cheap razer keyboard! On top of that, after recalibrating my perfectly fine keyboard (because surely that cant hurt right?) the S key is now borked, and after rebooting (i thought maybe some windows quirk?) i successfully locked myself out of my pc.
Listen Nuphy, as much as i love the scifi design of my Field 75HE and the keys and all, you HAVE to step up your software game
Hello everyone,
Just received my new Air 60HE and i seem to be having issues connecting to Nuphy.io. Every time go to the page through links on the website or even try to enter the address manually (Have tried Chrome, Brave and Edge) i get the following error message:
"Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information)."
Has anyone else had this issue or found a solution?
TY in advance.
Keyboard is Field 75. I know the software is web based. This is the only website that I can find from a youtube video and it doesn't work for me.
https://nuphy.io/#/
This is what I'm seeing and if I click the button it doesn't do anything. Yes the keyboard is connected. Is there another site to access the software or something? The keyboard is fully functioning otherwise.
