The openSUSE Leap 15.6 release is available; this is intended to be the last Leap 15.x release before Leap 16 comes out. "Leap 15.6 is projected to receive maintenance and security updates until the end of 2025 to ensure sufficient overlap with the next release".

January 15, 2024 - With today's announcement is basically confirmation that their ALP-based Leap spin will be called Leap 16. Pretty predictable aside from in the past where there were cases like Leap 15 succeeding Leap 42.3. The current openSUSE roadmap page has Leap 15.6 due for release in June.
