Have a Voyager 5200 and tried to apply the latest firmware update and it wouldn't take the update and issued error code 400109. I then did a Restore to Factory Defaults and then I did 'Clear Trusted Devices'. After restarting the headset, it said Pairing and I paired it to my phone. Then I put it into Pairing mode and paired it to my Computer. Then I powered it down, and powered it up and it automatically says pairing and it will not automatically connect to either device unless I ask the device (my computer or phone) to connect to it. Once connected, it will only stay connected to one device. Prior to this, I was always able to have the headset paired to both my phone and computer and use it on both devices simultaneously.
I had this happen once before and I can't remember how I fixed it, but it seemed to fix itself. Perhaps by letting the battery run down?
Is there any way to stop it from going into Pairing mode on powerup?
