Hey all,
I'm hoping to find *the* perfect pair of straight or wide legged jeans. It's really difficult for my body type I think, though.
I'm a 16/18, and I carry most of my weight in my chest, hips, thighs and I have a big ol booty. When trying to find straight leg or wide legs, they always look funky to me because they end up "tight" around my hips/thighs/crotch which I think looks .. off.
Sizing up hasn't worked much cause it ends up looking frumpy. I'm not 100% sure how to explain what I mean, but here's a picture with a pair of wide legs where this is happening. They end up looking more bootcut if that makes sense.
I think what I need is something cut so they have room on top as well without being oversized...? I'm not the best at describing. I hope this makes sense!
Has anybody with a similar challenge found jeans that fix this issue? Either a cut I might be missing or brand / style you swear by? I'm willing to pay for a good pair or two, since I live in Florida and wouldn't need to use them often, so they should last
ANY leads would help. Already looked in the wiki.
Hi all! First time posting. I'm finally ready to give up the skinny jeans and switch to denim that doesn't make my legs feel like two elephants trapped inside a pair of boa constrictors.
I've been trying to find a nice pair of wide leg or mum jeans, but the problem is that all I can find for plus size women in most brands is more skinny jeans! Even brands that go up to larger sizes don't accommodate my body shape (anything that fits around the hips swims around the waist).
I'm currently a size 18 but I've had the same issue when I was a 14/16 as well, shopping for jeans has been miserable ever since I hit puberty.
Any suggestions for comfy brands that are built for curvy figures in larger sizes? Thanks in advance!
