It seems as though Gmail is the only acceptable “professional“ email address to be used nowadays. I personally do not like Gmail, but I know I must conform in order to find a job. However, I cannot find a simple iteration of my first and last name (including initials) for available Gmail accounts. My full name is Erin (Maura) Swing.
In your opinion, what email addy looks best for job hunting? Or any other ideas? TIA!

Gmail does not matter. If I saw a yahoo, or gmail or outlook it's literally all the same. The only time an email gets unprofessional is if it was like profanity or some kind of dirty thing like [email protected] m example. Those all lok like great choices. It's preference.
