for item in my_list[::-1]:
print item
(Or whatever you want to do in the for loop.)
The [::-1] slice reverses the list in the for loop (but won't actually modify your list "permanently").

Hello - why is this code not working an i get an error:

l.reverse reverses the list in-place, so you get None as a return value >>> l = [1,2,3] >>> print(l.reverse()) None and you can't run for i in None: obviously. If you mean to just run the for loop in reverse use reversed instead for i in reversed(l): As a sidenote, next time please use code blocks not code lines, as those will not be formatted when they're too long (as you can see with the exception message)
