Cap2 is the most critical and unappreciated job in the store. It's also the easiest critical thinking. That said it's a great spring board for advancement since so few people stick with it. So those that do get a golden look for advancement.
You seem to be very indecisive about what direction you wanna go in Wal-Mart seeing previous posts from you.... But anyway if your not good under pressure and being yelled at i wouldn't suggest unloader if u get disgruntled easily it's not a good option. You also have to be able to read labels quickly as they slide down the line and remember up to 6 departments to sort at a time.... It's not as simple as everyone says cause there's a certain mental strength you need to have to work cap 2 you got two managers who are gonna yell all the time on the line if u can't handle that and trying to sort and the zones your sorting to your not gonna do well.... There's alot going on at once
After inventory they ordered everything at once We had 22 pallets for our frozen and dairy crew.

I know the vizpick is on my walmart but I prefer the backroom tool and now it's gone
Has anybody gotten the back room tool on their me@walmart app? If so where is it located under. Mine hasn't updated and my associates that have had the update can't find it
Does anyone know if we’ll be able to use the backroom tool on our personal phones anytime soon? I’ve heard rumors of it but don’t know if it’s true. Vispicking all day drains my work phone halfway through my shift.
I unload trucks all day, stack pallets, pull them to the floor, and stock for an hour. Ask me anything you've always wanted to know. Anything. I know a lot of company secrets ;)

EDIT: I'll be back at around 11:30PM EST to answer more questions! Keep them coming!
How rude, or at least direct and honest, do you think it's okay to be?
I've seen it a few times. Once, an older woman in a rolling cart came back because dairy was out of mmilk, and since the first people she saw were me and the rest of the OGP team, she started yelling at us, telling us the milk was out, and when a few of us started laughing, she snapped "Do your damn jobs!" Before rolling back out. I bit the bullet and got her milk for her.
On another occasion, a dude came back all slick and asked for some free cardboard boxes. OGP doesn't typically generate those, and I didn't feel like escorting him on a baler diving mission, so I calmly ushered him out and pointed to Stationary, while my coworkers(I was the veteran that day by a lot) gasped and gossiped about how quickly I had him out on his ass without pissing him off.
Has something similar happened to you?
Makes me wonder how it would looked if we were “normally staffed”.
Hello! Ive noticed some apps are not on the BYOD hub for me.
I find the phone that I got from walmart worked way too slow for me to work on it snd enrolled into BYOD. I cannot find the backroom tool on it. Is it just not offered for IOS, and why is it not or am I missing something?
Anybody have a Backroom Tool APK? It doesn't need to work, i just want to poke around inside it.
Went to go purge toys. Im on cap 2. It wouldnt let me sign in. Id login normally then itd boot me to login. I did get an error earlier saying user creds are invalid. Ive rebooted reinstalled done. Nothing works and nobody knows.
I used to vizpick. It worked fine a few week's ago.
