Roots Sweatpants
Has anyone here shopped at Roots? Thoughts?
Sweat pants survey I guess?
Canadian brands for sweatpants or other loungewear?
Hi Canadians. In 2015 i have been to Toronto and got the classic Roots sweatpants. Till today, it is still my best sweatpants, the quality is insanely good.
Now i want to order a new sweatpants to Europe, but i got so confused about the sizing.
My 2015 sweatpants are the classic salt and pepper, the sizing on them says: S/P 165/76A What does it mean? In the website now, it’s normal sizes like Small medium large. I’m pretty tall, long legs but skinny in the waist. My current sweatpants fits perfectly.
What size should i get? Did Roots change the sizing through the years?
(Not sure if this violates the rules so please delete if not allowed.)
I keep seeing ads for Roots sweatshirts and sweatpants and they look so comfy and cozy! Can anyone here vouch for the brand? I’ve heard it’s a Canadian staple so figured this would be a good place to ask :)
Also can I just say that Canadian brands (or the ones that I’m familiar with) are amazing? Lululemon, Aritzia, Canada Goose, etc. I love them all and I wish I were Canadian!
Hey everyone, I am posting this to see what people like in sweatpants and which company you prefer for their sweatpants (male or female) , why you wear sweatpants (workout, cozy, comfortable, job, style) , what materiel you prefer, at what price point is worth it to you? What occasions? You name it. I’d help me a lot :)
I’ve never been much of a sweats/loungewear person before, but recent lifestyle changes are making me really want some sturdy, comfy, and warm sweatpants to wear around the house or for quick winter outings! I own a couple of Simply Merino garments and have heard great things about their sweats, but at $195 per pair +shipping, that is reallllly stretching my budget right now, even if they are worth it. Does anyone have recommendations for slightly less expensive alternatives, preferably wool or a nice substantial cotton? Or is that basically the price range if I’m wanting natural fibres and to support a small, ethical business? I’m in Canada so would prefer a Canadian brand, and looking for women’s fit.
