There’s lots of places that will have sage green suits, but the exact shade may be hard without knowing the fabric/mill. Spier & Mackay has offered linen suit separates in sage for a few years (I have this one from last summer and like it), but it’s a bit early for their spring line so you may have to wait.

You might be able to buy the suits rather than rent. Moore's Clothing has sage suits but their sage seems to lean more towards blue than green. Where would the other groomsmen be getting their suits? Are they buying or renting? Can you get them from a place that's cross-country so he can go to a store location near him? A bit more risky, but maybe he could get his measurements taken by a tailor and send them with his height and usual suit size (he could try on suits at any ready-to-wear store) to wherever the other groomsmen are getting their suits? Just looking at what is being called "sage" online is making me think that you'll definitely want to see the suit color in person before deciding.
