I've used Hertz through our discount a few times and have always been pretty happy with my experience. I am not sure on how they compare price-wise. I also used Budget once and will never do that again unless I have no choice. The customer service rep was kind of a nightmare to deal with. I couldn't tell if they were incompetent, an ass, or so burned out they just couldn't be bothered. But as much as I can sympathize I just wanted the car I rented. More on reddit.com
