Bought a Shark Robot Vacuum from Sam’s (in store) in May 2023. It’s been great but is now squealing non stop when it cleans so I was hoping to exchange or return it under the guarantee.

I knew the 90 day limit might bite me so I called Customer Support and they assured me it was covered under the guarantee.

Packed it up and took it to the store in the original box and they were insisting it was 90 days, they wouldn’t even allow an exchange after talking to a manager.

Any ideas where do I go from here?
