You are gonna be hard pressed to find a proper jersey for $60 for the most part. You can check eBay and maybe there’s something there. Your best bet is probably getting lucky at Goodwill, or waiting until a summer equipment sale hits when older stuff can see a drop in price.

I think your best bet is the Lids at Pier 39, they’ll have a limited amount of stuff. The Sharks store in San Jose is the best spot in the Bay, but it’s an hour (at least) south. Big 5, Sports Basement and Target MIGHT have T-shirts and hats, might want to check if you’re nearby.

The pro shop at Sharks ice is different than the NHL store in the arena and I think had a better selection. Keep checking back for sales or wait until the off-season when things are generally cheaper: https://sharksproshop.com/
