Otherwise it leaves it in the base and dries it after using. I know folks complain about the app; and there are some funky things but overall, it’s been real solid. Don’t buy a shark robot vacuum. You can get way better for the same price or cheaper. Shark has zero obstacle avoidance. The app sucks. Look up Dreame or Mova (dreames sub brand) on Amazon. Get one of those. This shark is trash.

The robot vacumn is fine. The app is incredibly frustrating. It keeps forgetting that my robot exists and I have to reinitialise it everytime I want to use it... Their customer service is pretty bad too. Only way to contact them is by calling a high rate payed line. Why do we have to cloud initialise things that are in our own homes...

Yeah the robot is fine I have a shark matrix, but man the app can be an annoying struggle. From being logged out to losing my rooms, the app is just so bad. It’s so laggy and basic, like with the “matrix” clean you can’t do it if you select more than one room. It only works one room at a time, and it has “feature” that remembers your power level for the next clean but every single time no matter what you picked before it defaults to the standard suction level. They need to do a complete overhaul and basically copy roborock or dreame but I doubt it will ever come.
