Hey y’all!
I need help finding some good books in Spanish. I’m looking do something a little shorter, as I heard it’s great for a first time read in a foreign language! I’ve already got that short stories series, but I need something with a story to keep me hooked!
If y’all got any suggestions I’d appreciate them!!!
Looking for some recommendations for easy to read (and interesting) Spanish books. Not looking for any “readers” made for new language learners, but actual books. Fiction is great, I also love history books for nonfiction.
I think I’ve heard that Don Quixote isn’t very difficult? But not sure how true that is.
Many thanks!
Edit: I’m wrong about Don Quixote
Hi All,
What are the best books to read when you're learning Spanish? Let's say when you're anywhere between A1 to B2.
Thanks!
I'm definitely not fluent but I could hold a good conversation if the other party is willing to talk a little slower. I would say that I can read better than I can speak though...
I'm looking for more practice in spanish by picking up some books to read over the summer, but I have no idea any well-known latin american authors or what books would be at my level. If you guys have any suggestions, my favorite genres are usually fantasy or magical realism! anything that's not super complicated/flowery language so i'm not always having to look up words or phrases would be fantastic.
edit: gracias por todas sus sugerencias! I will definitely be sure to check all of them out, even if I can’t read them all!
