More on reddit.comI’ve been looking into standing desk converters as a way to mix things up and hopefully improve my posture and overall health.
For those of you who’ve made the switch, how’s it working out for you? Did it help with back pain or stiffness? Any unexpected benefits or drawbacks?
Also, are there any specific converters you’d recommend or ones I should avoid? I’m trying to find something affordable but sturdy.
Would love to hear your experiences!
