https://help.steampowered.com/ is rendered redundant if you aren't logged in, when this is emailed, it sends you an email of the same "email" > https://help.steampowered.com/ Thank you for contacting Valve. This email address is no longer monitored. If you need customer service or technical support for Valve games or Steam, please go to the Valve Support Site at http://help.steampowered.com and submit a support incident. And it is impossible to send a support ticket, options do not appear when you are not logged into your account such as clicking (Data Related to Your Steam Account) > https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpAccountDataQuestion > this is not a functionable app if you are not logged in which leads you to send a real message to steam customer support. My friend was hijacked and logged out, email changed password changed and he can't contact steam because he "Can't log in" so much for recovery, when he uses his email to recover a password reset, it comes back as "this email is no longer valid" (something along those lines) It's very problematic. So basically, can't email for actual asap implored support directly and manually from your email. = No real support. More on reddit.com

Has anybody had luck reaching out to Steam customer service via Twitter/X or something similar? I've been trying so hard to leave in depth details in the notes section, but it seems as if it isn't read at all. No email to contact them, no number. The help I need is minimal but I suppose more complex than the automated online system can handle. Anybody have luck contacting Steam from something other than the steam help area?

Yes if you turn around yourself 3 times and touch your heels every turn while shouting “valve support” once for each turn, they appear right in front of you for your “complex” issue.

Mods, please do not delete this post - I am not asking for support in this forum; I am asking about the mechanics of asking Steam for support.
How can I contact Steam Support if I am locked out of my account (because I am not receiving Steam Guard emails)?
Following the links on the Steam help forums just goes round in circles, eventually saying to submit a support ticket, which you can't do if you can't login.
Can anyone give me a clue where I should direct my queries?

Update: I did finally manage to get in contact with Steam Support and they enabled access to my account (although we didn't managed to determine the exact cause of the problem; the emails were being blocked somewhere between the Steam servers and my ISP). I won't say exactly how I managed to get in contact with them, since it wasn't via a strict support channel, however I will just say that they were very helpful (I just wish they could improve the access to support on their website however).
