my shipping was delayed ever since dec. 27 (it was shipped dec 17)

it shows the same on sunyou and i've seen on a few threads that sunyou was a scam

im concerned about my package and was wondering if anyone is experiencing anything similar/had experienced this? i want to contact them but i do not know if they are reliable (on their page it says to contact them, so)

I've ordered a bunch of stuff 2 weeks ago and most of it was shipped with SunYou.

Since I've never heard of this courier I went to research it here and only saw bad reports on it - parcels never arrived, being marked as delivered but were never delivered etc.

Well, almost all of my SunYou packages arrived within 2 weeks of shipping! The tracking is still stuck though - most of them are marked as still in transit. Also, the final delivery was handled either by the local post office or a different (local but private company) courier.

Hello i have ordered an item and the seller shipped the item with SunYou, the question that i have is that the SunYou tracking number is formated like this:

( SYRM00000000) Example.

and generally the other tracking numbers are like this

(RW00000000CN) Example

The problem that i have is that my country has a system to anounce packages before they come to customs to pay the necesary taxes, and the system only takes the second format (RW00000000CN) if i try to put the other it doesn't recognizes it at all. Is there a way to convert the tracking number?

I paid a fair amount for shipping through SunYou (wasn't my intention to pick that method actually but it was too late by the time I realized). It was supposed to be registered, but I'm getting the feeling that it was one of those tracking numbers that give you fake info just to keep you placated until your product finally arrives (if it does).

The tracking numbers starts with SYRM then 9 digits.

Jason sent me the head of a submariner after the first submariner he sent me arrived broken. When he gave me the tracking number, it showed it was being shipped by a company called SunYou. Yesterday it said the package was out for delivery but I never got anything. What gives? I asked Jason to check on his end, and all he said was “MAYBE IT NEEDS MORE TIME”. I don’t want to annoy him, but I also want answers.

I ordered something from China the first time and i got a Tracking number that starts with SYRM If read ok some reviews that Sunyou using fake information and that many Packages getting lost I spent 66 Euro on a product . The seller sad it got shipped on 17.9.2020 but until now the tracking says only Pre Alert to Germany nothing happened until now.

On global.cainiao.com my package not even got picked up or send away so what should i believe now. For me it looks like the seller didnt even shipped it.

I have a package arriving from China, and for whatever reason the sender used “sunyou” a service I have never heard of or have any experience with. This is my current tracking information ... can someone tell what’s the status of my package right now? Did it clear Canadian customs or customs in another country and is In route to Canada. Also the tracking number doesn’t work for Canada post either?

I'm in the US and of course have no idea which airport they are talking about. Any idea when this will get to Philly? Will it be in this decade?

Anyone of you have experience with this shipping company, i have some product shipped from this shipping company they say on tracking arrived on destination country but when i go ask at post office about the packages they say to me that there is no package to pick up, this is not custom issues cause it is some low value item which is not related to customs or something probhited from the country, i saw some reviews on the internet and i saw only 1 star reviews about this company. People were saying that it never deliveres the packages and shows fake tracking information, anyway, how was your experience with this shipping company if you had one guys? Thanks

I have, as of now, ordered 4 things shipped with sunyou. The first, has not arrived or had any update of the tracking since ‘arriving in my country’- it’s been 6 weeks since i ordered it and 4 since it last updated. i’m now waiting for the estimated delivery date to apply for a refund. The second is going down the same path it has just been less time. Now i recently ordered 2 of the same item just different colours, and i made sure to change from sunyou to cainao and order it- but alas to my despair i find out they’ve been grouped together under ‘fast delivery’ under SUNYOU!! Has anyone else tried sunyou delivery with ‘fast shipping’ and does it actually come? I ordered on Nov 5 and the estimated delivery is Nov 25, which i’m fine waiting and if it doesn’t come i’m alright to apply for a refund, but i’m tired and i just want my items. I’m in the UK btw.

I’m from Canada and have placed quite a few orders with Aliexpress. Never really had any issues. However I noticed about 10 parcels have “arrived to destination Country” or have been “accepted by Last Mile Carrier” but this was two months ago. Ive seen some complaints about it and will avoid them in the future, but has anyone actually received their packages from SunYou?

I noticed this year that sellers on Aliexpress are using tracking numbers for SUNYOU or YANWEN, and the numbers are fake tracking numbers!! It will say "Parcel is with last mile carrier" and your package never arrives!!! Or, nothing shows, "number not found". Why do sellers even bother? Why not just be honest and return the customers' money and close the order!!! Such a waste of time dealing with these fraudsters!!! When I notice an SY tracking number, I close or cancel the order!!! I'll find another shopping site, Aliexpress sellers have gone rogue. I even had one seller to use a tracking number for a "Wish" customer, that happened to live in my town...(.package tracked saying "delivered" and I found out that it was for a neighbor that shopped on "Wish").

Hi all - I bought something on aliexpress and the seller sent it via Sunyou. I have been tracking it, but it seems to have stopped at the airport in Auckland a couple weeks ago.

I was wondering if anyone else has had any dealings with Sunyou, and if you know which company ended up doing the delivery here in NZ?

Aramex seems to have a deal with Amazon and both NZ Post and aramex do Aliexpress, but they dont have any clue when I ask regarding the tracking number I have.

Any info would be appreciated

I ordered something from AliExpress it said the estimated delivery date was April 25 to may 9 via SunYou.

I was wondering if you could tell me what hand over to last mile means and how long it will take and what should I do shall I dispute with the seller or just patiently wait.

I tried tracking my parcel using my local postal service tracking option and for international and domestic it didn't pick up the tracking number it said no tracking info available

Any advice much appreciated thanks

The tracking showed a prealert sent to my country, it's 15 days later and there's been no update.

Is it possible my package hasn't even been shipped yet? This seller is dodgy by the way, they switched it to SunYou without asking me, while I ordered and payed for ePacket.

But I mean.. specifically as a postal company, when I googled SunYou the feedback was pretty much all bad. Has anyone here ever had a positive experience with them? Ever?

Do you think it's more likely the seller never sent it out, or are they just THAT slow? Usually in my country, prealert means it hasn't even been sent yet.. it just means the paper work has been submitted into the digital system.

All of my other packages are running hot, straight and normal (WW2 torpedo reference). It's just this one package that's dodgy. I already ordered a backup, and expect this package to never arrive. But is there a chance that it will? After many years of online purchases, I've never had any experience with SunYou before..

Update - Sept 2020.. never recieved it.. tracking never showed anything, got my refund. But the seller was extremely dodgy in their interactions via message or the dispute. AliExpress ruled in my favour, but I knew from the day they switched it to SunYou that they never sent it out. Maybe one day, months later it will arrive.. but I give it about 0.5% chance.
