So literally EVERY Magenta Max customer is going to order an Iphone 14 Pro over a 14, right?
T-Mobile Only Quoting Me $365 for iPhone 14 Pro Trade In?
For those that did the $830 iPhone trade in for the 14 Pro Max, did you see that number on your receipt?
You’re fine. But that $80 is a flat bill credit that is part of the total $830. So the monthly credits are gonna be $750 over 24 months which is like $31 and some change each month.

From the terms of the promotion...
iPhone 14 Pro on Us (or up to $1000 off any iPhone 14 series) with 24 monthly bill credits plus tax when trading in an eligible device on Magenta MAX; Business Unlimited Advanced, Ultimate or Ultimate+ for iPhone; or equivalent Sprint plan.
The Iphone 14 costs $799. The IPhone 14 Pro costs $999.
Other than paying an extra $15-$20 in tax for the Pro... there is literally zero reason to get the 14 instead of the 14 Pro, IF YOU ARE ON A MAX PLAN, right?
I mean, maybe some people would rather have the 14 Plus rather than the 14 Pro... so maybe there are a few exceptions...
EDIT: Stupid T-Mobile press releases never contain detailed enough information. Missed the part about only a PRO getting the $1000 trade-in value. My bad.
My receipt for my upgrade notes the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the Device Connection Charge. Below that it indicates my traded-in phone under “Device Recovery Program” but the Offer Price is listed at $80. The rep assured me that that is just the flat price that the phone is worth without any promotion, and that the $830 will be applied to the next monthly payment as a -$34 or so deduction. Is that correct, or did I get fucked over by not having the $830 promotion noted on the receipt?

You get fair market value when you trade the phone in after it’s been inspected you’ll get your credit over the period of time that the company normally gives so another words you’ll have a payment on your phone bill it’s due for the phone and you’ll get a credit that zeros out that payment But you have to wait until it’s cleared
Store associate just said the value of my iPhone 14 Pro Max is $300 but that the promotional cycle is changing on the 21st. He couldn’t tell me if it was for better or for worse. Does anyone have any insight into this?
