I have a DIGITS line that up until recently was able to do everything that my regular line was. It still works with sending outgoing texts, using the mobile network, and making/receiving phone calls. But for some reason, it just doesn't get any incoming texts.
The most recent text I received on my DIGITS line was last Friday, but since then, no new ones have come in. I've restarted the phone, popped the SIM out and back in, refreshed my SIM card's connection to the network, and reset the phone's network settings, and none of those things have fixed it.
Is anyone else experiencing this or have any recommendations?

Been with TMO for many years. They introduce something and more or less abandon it. That is the case with digits. I have an iPhone with dual sim business and personal. I l also have a second phone number and prefer not to carry a second phone and enabled digits on my iPad -- my iPad has data. It more or less works for phone calls --- messages stopped working some time ago and even when they worked it was not 100%. remember their streaming box, steaming service, Internet portals, prepaid card --now they another incarnation of that. Their internet sucks. I had it for 1 year and then it tanked because they oversold it, I have a great plan that so far they have not messed with --- they flirted with taking away grandfathered plans so for me if my phone(s) work well for text and data I let the stuff slide and know they are not actively working on digits. Once and if my service tanks then I will look for alternatives.

I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app several times, and have lost all of my text messages and some of my contacts each time. If it doesn’t improve, I may have to switch companies. ... The app is unreliable, spotty, and never seems to work sending pics or vids. I get notifications half the time so I miss a lot of contacts. Additionally, I will see a notification sometimes that I received a message and when I open it, there are none.

I ended up swapping my sim into an actual T-Mobile phone that has digits integration (S7 edge), then unlocking it on their website for Digits to work, and then swapped it back, and I got the little popup saying that multiline was enabled. I recently switched from AT&T to mobile, mainly to be able to use the DIGITS application on my computer. I am able to send messages, but I don't receive any replies. I also downloaded the application on my phone and same thing.... I receive messages on my phone but not in the DIGITS application.

When I signed up for a DIGITS number, I was told that it could be used exactly the same way 100% as my primary number on my phone.
