My wife dropped her Pixel 6 Pro today and destroyed the screen.
I have paid for 360 protection since the phone was new. I looked at the information on t-mobile's website and it says a screen replacement is $29.
But when I went on the mytmoclaim.com website it says the charge is $99. I tried calling the number to find out why the're a $70 discrepancy. The overseas customer service agent said it was because the phone is "not available for repair."
Does this sound right? Do I have any alternatives to get the correct/lower price?
I was planning to JUMP the phone this weekend for a new Pixel 7 Pro, but they won't take it with a broken screen, so what are my options?

For fhe $29 screen repair, it has to be done at a CPR store.

The 29$ is for apple devices with Applecare services. I’ve been paying for the insurance for over 2 years and never had to use it until now. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max that’s paid off already.
Is the process a hassle? Will I be without a device while they fix it? It’s just the front screen that cracked from my daughter dropping it.
