TT Sync Controller not working in software, yet lights are ON and SPINNING.
TT RGB Software
Is the TT Sync controller dangerous?
Nah, should be fine. Fans are usually around the 0.2 amp range, that's SATA powered which I think gets you 4.5A to play with.

For ASUS motherboard/Aura sync, does this hook to their RGB header, or to their new RGB addressable header?
Has anyone gotten this thing working right with the Riing plus software out of the box?
Does this work the newer thermaltake riing trio fans?

I am having the exact same issue as many others, and I am completely fed up.
I did a FULL Re-built from Intel to AMD Ryzen 7 3800X, on a MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk. I have 9 TT ARGB Pure fans connected to the TT Fan Controller. I get the same error, and all BIOS and AMD Chipset is updated.
The fans light up and spin, so it proves something is working, but still, software does not detect my controller that is in the JRAINBOW header.
Complete waste of money and lost faith in a company that I initially had a lot in
Hey all, i’m currently running 9 Swafan EX RGB 120 mm i have the Y-USB splitter from my motherboard into 2 hubs, one controls 6 fans and the other 3.
when i initially installed TT RGB PLUS it worked as intended and let me customize my fans and play games at the same time
however..
after a reboot it’ll keep my settings, but as soon as i open a game, like helldivers or battlefront 2017, they go stock mode and the rgb goes default as well, i either have to reinstall it or sometimes when i reopen as administrator it will decide to work, but even then on those rare cases when it does 3 of the fans will flash like crazy and sometimes it’ll make the other 2 sets of fans (6) turn stock mode as well
