The collaborative element makes it a bit more difficult because I think everyone on the show a little different taste in comedies. I'm curious, what would others top 13 movies be? And what movies would you be unwilling to put in the top 3, or unwilling to let fall to the bottom, etc.

To make it thirteen, three I can't leave off would probably be: Groundhog Day (1993), Tommy Boy (1995), and the Big Lebowski (1998).
