does anyone have any experience with Uni Uni because it was shown to be 'Out For Delivery' for a day now and it hasn't been delivered :,))))))

It can take 2 to 5 days to deliver. I assume they just put the package in their car on the day of “out of delivery”, and they will start delivering when they have the time. When it’s the weekend, I didn’t get my package until Tuesday or Wednesday.

Mine has been out for delivery for five days now. Support is utterly useless. No idea if/when I’ll see this package.

I ordered a couple items from Aliexpress from one store a couple weeks ago. On November 13, 2024, at 8:02pm I suddenly get a notification that my package was delivered. I figured, wow these drivers must work super late in order to ensure all the packages get delivered but no. Upon playback of the security footage, the driver is shown scanning my package at 8:02pm as “delivered” and then throwing it in his backseat. He then proceeds to park on the street for over 10 more minutes, turning off his engine. After which he turns his engine back on and leaves with my package STILL IN HIS BACKSEAT. The most frustrating thing is, Aliexpress makes you upload evidence of every single item in the order. Even though I uploaded the same evidence for all the stolen items, they somehow came to the judgement that one item was not eligible for refund because of insufficient evidence WHEN I UPLOADED THE SAME VIDEO FOR ALL OF THE ITEMS. how is this even possible. I’m so done with Aliexpress and UniUni. I’m also going to be reporting this to the police.

Report them. I'm in Georgia and 1 particular uniuni driver is very unprofessional so I reported him to uniuni support and even Alixpress. Now, uniuni stopped servicing in my area and since then I only get packages through usps. I know it's only 1 particular driver because of the photos he took, it's always the same car with the same apple watch and strap. He was throwing my packages from his car to my lawn.

I got notification saying my package from alixpress was out for delivery on Sunday the 11th. I figured they dont deliver on sundays it will show Up monday. And nothing shows up. Tuesday comes whichs today and its 930pm right now. Still no package. And last location is only 15 mins from me. Is this ever gonna show up?

I had the exact same problem..uni uni is the absolute worst company I've ever seen. The tracking is all over the place.I order thing from AliExpress all the time, and my last 3 orders were picked up by uni uni once it got to customs. I don't know how they are Intercepting things when USPS is wayyyyyyy better. But shockingly one of the tickets got answered by customer service. I think the drivers they hire are next level porch pirates .
