The high quality paper option at staples is like 54 cents/sheet. You save your PDFs from mtgproxy, go in, and print. If we account REALLY high for lands, you’ll need 8 full pages of non land cards. $4 and change. Get you a paper cutter from a craft store for $20.
Now, OP, to your credit, 94 cards for $15 is sexy as hell. Buuuuut...I hate the lack of precision. That’s just me though.
Also, if your playgroup is cool with proxies, kindly don’t apologize for using them.
