October 14, 2023 - There are going to be several buildings that shut down, and low seniority will be on layoff for most of this year. Volume is way down, and revenue per piece is up, lower volume, and more revenue, but lower profit means job cuts.

November 23, 2024 - 15, they are upgrading our facility and as a result, they expect 525 jobs will be gone. I think mine will be safe, but, morale going into peak is going to be an all time low. Merry Christmas everyone!

December 25, 2023 - My smaller building is losing many union workers but the over staffing of non union supervisors is prevailing. What’s up with that? Of 200 workers, we’ve lost about 25 with no loss of the 12-15 supervisors. 7-8 would be seemingly ideal. They’re staffed with supervisors like it’s peak 2021.

But for reconfiguring 22.3s, there's no language (at least I haven't seen any). For example, 22.3 taking a job that a P/T is currently doing based on Preferred Job list and then bumping off said P/T to another job.

You should be able to bump into a part time spot at least to keep your benefits and collect partial unemployment. For me, personally, I was always laid off the last week in January and all of February. When I was single, I took the month of February as a layoff, collected unemployment, went back to work in March.
