The vendor hasn’t sent any notification about my shipment being refunded or canceled.
But when I went to the “SHOP.” App, it said my shipment had been canceled hours after the label was made.
Any idea what this means?
Ordered item from Italy, seller gave tracking info. I was receiving email updates late last night saying the package is being prepared for customs, but according to the tracking number it was cancelled at 13:43 local time, 12:45 my time, shortly after the label being generated.
Has the seller cancelled it, or is this an automatic message if the address info is illegible, for example.
The seller confirmed that she dropped off my order on the 22nd (East coast), but this is the only update I've received. I believe the seller, but it's odd that this hasn't at least updated to "We have your package." Is it just another result of the weather?
Edit: Looks like I have an order to cancel.
Edit: The seller reached out and cancelled my order, so I've been refunded. Such a weird experience. Don't be like me and let your package stay "stuck" like this. Reach out to your seller!
I ordered phenibut from a vendor and did ups next day air and then it said a label was created and then it updated as shipped. Now it says the shipment cancelled. Does this mean the vendor cancelled it or ups? Or is it a mistake. Dont know if this is the place to post or not.
I used their website to create a label, for $40. They haven’t charged me yet, I’m assuming they do that when it ships but it’s unclear? What happens if I just never drop the package off to be shipped? I no longer need the label and I want to cancel but I’m not even sure if that’s necessary. Getting ahold of customer service has been impossible & their virtual assistants are of no help.
Just ordered a package and got a email saying it was shipped. I went to go track it on google and then I saw this on the front page. Did my order actually get cancelled?
